Rich started his automotive career in 1977. Though most of his career has been in management, he decided to return to retail sales in April 2001 when he joined the staff of Towne BMW. Rich currently resides in Williamsville with his wife Kiki, 2 sons Daniel and Mark, and a daughter Stephanie. His oldest daughter Natalie resides in Cleveland, Ohio. Rich is available Monday thru Thursday and on Saturday.
