Mike Law is the Parts Manager for Towne BMW. Mike started his career with Towne Lincoln Mercury in 1983. He decided to continue his career with BMW when we moved to our Williamsville location.

Andy Ucci started his career with Towne Automotive Group in 1981. Andy has worked for many of our stores including Lincoln, Mercury, Ford, BMW, and MINI. Andy decided to join the BMW team permanently in March of 2003. He resides in the Southtowns area with his wife, who is the bookkeeper at the Towne Lincoln Mercury location, and sons Ryan and Tyler.

Dennis has been in the automotive business since 2001 and began his career with the BMW store in 2007. He lives on the same street that he grew up on in Hamburg with his wife, Nadine and their son Emmett. In his free time, Dennis enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and playing music. Whether you are looking for a new car or a pre-owned one, Dennis will be sure to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Chuck has been with the Towne Automotive Group since January of 1991. He joined the BMW team as Sales Manager in 2007. Originally from Portland, Maine, Chuck has enjoyed living in the Western NY for over twenty years. When he's not at work, Chuck enjoys golfing, traveling and especially spending time with his wife, Jodi and their two daughters.

Tim is our General Manager of BMW and MINI, as well as a Senior Manager with the Towne Automotive Group. He has been with Towne Automotive since 1988 and with the BMW brand since 1991. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Canisius College. Tim has lived in many places, but his extended family is all from Western New York. He presently resides in Hamburg, where he has lived for the last 30 years. He is married and has two children, horses, dogs, and a cat. He enjoys sailing, cooking, golf and country-drives with his kids. Additionally, Tim spends time coaching youth wrestling and baseball. Tim has been awarded BMW's top award, Honors, six times since 1993 for sales and management. He is a familiar face at Towne BMW---make sure you say hello when you are at the new dealership in Williamsville.

Monica has been with Towne BMW since 1999. She lives in Orchard Park with her husband Keith and dog Bijoux. Monica represents both BMW and MINI, handles the BMW dealer trades and is the assistant to the General Manager, Tim Connelly.

Dan started his career at Towne BMW in May of 2003 as our Pre-owned Manager. Dan is a lifelong resident of Clarence where he lives with his wife Kathy and four daughters.

Annmarie started her career with Towne BMW/MINI in 2002. She resides in Williamsville with her husband Joe and their four boys. In her spare time, Annmarie loves to spend time with her family, cook great meals and travel. Whether you’re looking for the Ultimate Driving Machine or the Mini Motoring experience, Annmarie will deliver either with a professionalism found only at Towne BMW/MINI. David has been with the Towne Organization since 1987, the last twenty-three years exclusively with BMW. He started selling German cars in St. Louis, Missouri and continued his automobile career in Chicago before returing home to Buffalo. Dave currently lives downtown and spends his free time exercising, refurbishing his Victorian home and taking road trips. Randy has been in the car business since 1993. He started his career at Towne BMW in 1999. He resides in the Getzville area with his wife and 2 sons. Randy enjoys golfing and fishing in his spare time.

Doug started with the Towne Automotive Group in 1999 at our Autochoice location in Orchard Park. In late 2001 he made the move to the brand new Towne MINI franchise as it's inaugural Sales Manager. He worked at MINI during it's early stages in the U.S. In 2002, Doug moved over to BMW center where he has consistently been named a BMW Profile in Achievement award winner. Doug resides in East Amherst with his wife Denise and his daughter. Doug's hours are as follow: Monday 9am- 7pm Tuesday 12pm-9pm Wednesday 9am-6pm Thursday Off (Appointment Only) Friday 9am-6pm Saturday By appointment please (Occasionally off)

Rich started his automotive career in 1977. Though most of his career has been in management, he decided to return to retail sales in April 2001 when he joined the staff of Towne BMW. Rich currently resides in Williamsville with his wife Kiki, 2 sons Daniel and Mark, and a daughter Stephanie. His oldest daughter Natalie resides in Cleveland, Ohio. Rich is available Monday thru Thursday and on Saturday

Jerry joined our Towne BMW’s sales team in 2004. He brings thirty years of luxury automotive knowledge and experience. Selling and leasing both new and pre-owned vehicles, Jerry’s attention to detail makes for a smooth and enjoyable sales experience. Born and raised in North Buffalo, Jerry currently resides in Williamsville with his son Steven. In his spare time he enjoys watching his son play hockey and football at Williamsville South H.S.

Trish has been with the Towne Automotive Group since 1994. She started her career in the finance department for BMW in 1996. Trish looks forward to helping serve your financial needs in the near future.

Art has worked for the Towne Automotive Group for twenty years. He started with BMW in 1989 as the assistant service manager. Art became our Service Manager when we moved to our Williamsville location in 2001. Art resides in Cheektowaga with his wife and 2 kids.

Adam Orzechowski is the Towne BMW MINI service writer. He has been working with Towne Automotive Group since 1999. He started his position with Towne at the Lincoln Mercury store in lot maintenance. Adam joined the BMW team when it relocated in the Williamsville area. Adam resides in the southtowns area.

Brandy has been with Towne BMW since January of 2003. She had previously lived in West Virginia. Brandy lives in Cowlesville with her husband and two sons.

Tom Balko started his career with Towne in 2002 at our Ford Location. I n late 2003 he transferred over to the BMW location as one of our service writers. Tom and his wife live in the Southtowns.

John Tronolone has worked for Towne Automotive Group for twenty-three years. We are very proud to have John as our lead technician! John was voted one of the top twenty BMW technicians in the country. He has won several awards including the ACT Competition award for sixyears in a row. John resides in Orchard Park with his wife and 2 daughters.

Tony has been with the Towne Automotive organization for over eighteen years and is the Detail Manager for BMW/MINI. He lives in Williamsville with his wife and daughter. Tony's department provides detail services for specially pampered vehicles!
